MARK Winduss has seen the carnage on peninsula roads first-hand. A volunteer with the Sorrento SES road rescue unit, Mr Winduss, 41, has attended some of the fatal accidents that have haunted the Mornington Peninsula Shire this calendar year. The Sorrento unit, which has about a dozen road rescue volunteers, is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week and covers the stretch of the peninsula from Jetty Rd, Rosebud, through to Portsea. (Photo from the MP Leader) SES volunteer Mark Winduss gets flashbacks after attending peninsula accidents. N11ML750 See the article in the Mornington Peninsula Leader.
